• Geographical areas of expertise include the northern counties of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metropolitan area; Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, Denton and portions of Tarrant County. Cities within these counties include, Dallas, Richardson, Addison, Plano, Mesquite, Garland, Farmers Branch, Irving, Coppell, Duncanville, DeSoto, and Balch Springs.

• Turnaround time on full residential reports is seven total days or five full working days, while drive-by turnaround is three working days.  Duplexes and multiple-unit appraisals may have slightly longer turnaround times.  Commercial appraisal turnaround times are individually quoted.
