• Extensive residential experience in appraising and reviewing residential appraisals with over 2,000 homes valued during a 30 year span. Types of residential real estate include many individual single family homes (including the high-end residential sections of Dallas County), total condominium complex valuations, large apartment valuations, condo conversions back to apartments, and retail residential subdivision land valuations and analyses.
• Commercial appraisal experience consisting of 25 years of analysis of all types of properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and special use properties across the United States.
• Gerald W. McKim is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI, SRA), has a State of Texas real estate salesman's license, and the required State of Texas Appraiser Certification.
